Our 24/7 emergency dispatching service is not yet live. Any reference on this website to emergency cleaning, rapid response, or a four-hour dispatch window describes a service we are preparing to launch — it is not a current commitment of availability.

Until emergency dispatching officially launches, urgent cleaning needs are handled by direct arrangement. If you have an urgent situation, please call (267) 641-1750 and we will do our best to accommodate you, but response times cannot be guaranteed.

When the service launches, confirmed emergency response terms will be set out in your service agreement, and those written terms — not this website — will govern.

When you request a quote, submit an inquiry, or register as a vendor, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, organisation, contact information, facility details, and service preferences — solely to respond to your request, prepare agreements, schedule work, and manage your account.

Vendor applicants additionally submit business documents (W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, and trade licences). These documents are stored privately, visible only to our review team, and used only to assess and administer your vendor application.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example payment processing, email delivery, and scheduling — and only to the extent needed to deliver our services. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never touch our systems.

You may ask us at any time to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@allspacesco.com.

Recurring service agreements have an initial term of 12 months from the start date. To end the agreement at the close of the term, the client must give AllSpaces Co. at least 30 days’ written notice before the term ends. If no notice is given, the agreement renews automatically for another 12-month term on the same terms; we will send a renewal reminder 45 to 60 days before the term ends.

If the client ends the agreement before the current term is complete, the client remains responsible for the remaining contracted monthly and yearly amounts. A pause in service does not end the agreement or the client’s obligations.

A scheduled visit may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice; cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the scheduled visit. If our crew arrives and cannot access the site, the visit will be rescheduled at no charge. If we must cancel a visit (weather, staffing, emergency), we will reschedule it or credit it. Visits skipped for client holiday closures are not charged and are not made up.

Overdue balances are subject to a flat late fee of $75 if not paid within 15 days of the due date. If the balance remains unpaid, AllSpaces Co. may pause service until the account is current; a pause does not end the agreement or the client’s obligations.

This website is provided for general information about AllSpaces Co. and our cleaning services. Estimates shown by the online quote calculator are indicative ballpark figures only; a binding price is established solely by a written quote or signed agreement.

Nothing on this website creates a service contract. Planned preventative maintenance, emergency cleaning, and specialised works are each governed by the individual agreement signed between AllSpaces Co. and the client, including its own pricing, scheduling, deposit, renewal, and cancellation terms.

Vendor accounts are provided for approved partners. Access credentials are personal to your organisation; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Website content — including text, imagery, and branding — belongs to AllSpaces Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSpaces Co. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this website or from its availability. Liability for our services themselves is governed exclusively by your signed service agreement.
